Special medical consideration is given to all patients according to their different needs and requirements. This is a non-emergency service which implies that the patient may not need emergency medical attention at the time of service.
ATEAM Non-Emergency Ambulatory Transportation is for clients that may be able to walk on their own, or with someone’s assistance or with an assistive device. ATEAM Transport will take clients to their routine checkups and visits to their doctors and health care services in a more suitable and convenient manner, Offered to Nursing Facilities Only.
Bariatric wheelchair transportation for patients who exceed standard wheelchair weight limit. s. Patients must provide a bariatric-rated wheelchair. Transport availability is based on patient weight, mobility needs, and accessibility at pickup and drop-off locations.
ATEAM Transport provides Non Medical Nursing Facility discharges and Transfers. Moving from one Nursing Facility to another or going through the process of discharge can be stressful, ATEAM Transport is here for you to make sure that your discharge or transfer is comfortable.
